On Tuesday, the company said it would stock the kits on its shelves.
The kits are made by Pathway Genomics.
A saliva sample is sent to the company which returns the results, but the Food and Drug Administration had raised questions about the kits.
So now Walgreens says it will suspend the sale "until we have further clarity on this matter."
