A woman was abducted from the parking lot at Gurnee Mills on June 5.
She was then robbed and sexually assaulted.
The suspect reportedly made the woman drive to a 7-Eleven in Forest Park, where he set her free.
Police claim the man in the released video is the perpetrator.
He was described as a white male in his late 30s to early 40s with a medium build and a goatee.
