The owner of a Naperville restaurant that was destroyed by fire nearly two years ago is now charged with torching that business.Peter Ladias, 70, is charged with two counts of aggravated arson.
In October 2008, fire gutted Gigi's Restaurant and Pancake House near 111th and Route 59.
The charges follow a 19-month investigation by police and fire officials.
