Tyree Fermin, known as 'Unk,' was last seen in the 5800-block of South Washtenaw in Chicago on August 7, a police alert said.
Police say Fermin is Hispanic and has black hair, brown eyes and a medium olive complexion. She is 5'02 and weighs 130 pounds.
She may be with a Hispanic male, Ricardo Fuentes, 20, of Cicero, Ill., according to police.
