Charles Gletten appeared in court Wednesday. He's charged with first degree murder.
Back in November 1995, 29-year-old Gerald Hotchkiss of Maywood was shot to death on Chicago's Far South Side.
In January last year, police were assigned to follow up on the case, they again conducted interviews and an arrest warrant was issued for Gletten. He was taken into custody on Tuesday and is due back in court September 21.
