A suburban highway commissioner faces drunk driving charges. Addison Township Highway Commissioner Richard Kaske was arrested early Saturday in Villa Park.
Police say Kaske was driving with a flat tire when he was pulled over.
The officer took Kaske into custody after he said he smelled alcohol on his breath.
