Traffic was blocked off in the 1100-block of North Clark Street while authorities investigated Wednesday afternoon.
The Chicago Transit Authority temporarily rerouted Bus Number 70, which runs near the scene. The CTA's Clark/Division train station remained open and the Red Line was in service.
