Anthony Rapoport of Wilmette, Ill., is charged with one count of first degree murder. His aunt, Nancee Rapoport, was found Saturday at a home in Wilmette unconscious and with severe head trauma. She later died of her injuries.
Police say Rapaport and his aunt had been arguing before her death about donuts she wanted him to buy.
