One person has been injured in a police-involved shooting on the South Side.A person police called a suspect was shot in the leg in the 300-block of West 59th Street at approximately 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The Chicago Police Department says officers were responding to a report of shots fired in an area known for gang and narcotics activity.
No officers were hurt.
