It happened early Tuesday morning near 169th and State streets about 6:15 a.m., according to South Holland police. The incident is not having a great impact on traffic, says ABC7's Traffic Reporter Roz Varon.
No injuries have been reported.
Crews remain at the scene as of 6:45 a.m., police said.
