About Christina Chodos (release)
Christina Chodos is a Certified Health Counselor, educator and mother of three.
She became a Health Counselor to fulfill her passion for working with children and adults to improve their health and family life. Much of her work focuses on helping families and individuals understand how they can achieve optimal health through better food and lifestyle choices.
For the past 23 years Christina has crafted unique recipes and health management strategies that address the challenges her three sons have experienced as a result of their extensive food and environmental allergies.
She knows first-hand life lessons about food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances that are not taught in any textbook, and in her private practice she specializes in helping clients navigate life with these challenges.
Christina works through the principle of bio-individuality, a focus to compel people to make positive changes in their behavior towards nutrition and life balance. Applying this principle achieves success because it is based on each individual's unique needs, sensitivities, lifestyle, personal preferences and background.
Christina received her training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, leads workshops on nutrition, and offers custom-tailored health and nutrition counseling to parents, families and individuals seeking to improve their dietary well-being and overall health. For more information, contact Christina Chodos with The Chodos Group at 847-421-8225 or www.Thechodosgroup.com.
