It looks like flaxseed may not hold the answer after all.
The Chicago Tribune reports despite results from an earlier study, researchers at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota now found that eating a flaxseed bar every day did not bring women any more relief for their hot flashes than women eating flax-free bars had.
