Mayor Rahm Emanuel is praising City Colleges of Chicago for expanding its dual enrollment program.

The program is being expanded to 100 seats at each of the college's seven campuses, which allows twice as many Chicago Public Schools juniors and seniors to earn college credit for free while still in high school.

The mayor says such programs allow students a chance to realize their dreams.
