The dash cam from a police cruiser shows the police chase of 39-year-old Paul Spencer in the early morning hours of October 19th.
Video shows Spencer crashing his car. Officers order him to put his hands down. But as you saw Spencer gets out of his car with a large knife. Off camera he stabs Officer Ron Dombkowski in the face, then is shot seven times by police and killed.
All officers involved were cleared of any wrongdoing.
