Mariela Crisostomo, 6, was riding her bike this past summer when she was hit and killed by an SUV in the 3300-block of west 62nd place.
Police say 23-year-old Lakeith Morgan was the driver of the SUV. He did not stop after hitting the child according to police.
Anyone with information about Morgan's whereabouts should call police.
