Makes 12 Lollipops
Ingredients:
12 one-half oz (2" x 2") Prosciutto
12 ea (2" x 2") Roasted Red Peppers
3 oz Garlic Herb Goat Cheese
6 Grissini (cut in half)
to taste Kosher Salt
to taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Season the roasted red pepper with salt and pepper.
2. Place the prosciutto down and place a small amount of goat cheese then place the roasted red pepper. Then spread the ¼ oz. goat cheese in a thin layer covering the entire pepper.
3. Then place the grissini in the middle of the pepper. Pull the pepper over and tuck the package over the grissini and roll tight.
