13th amendment signed by Lincoln to go on display

A rare copy of the 13th amendment banning slavery will be displayed starting February 1st in the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library in Springfield.

Of 15 known original copies of the amendment, this one and seven others have signatures of Lincoln and congressmen who backed it.

The Chicago-based Graphic Conservation Company spent 6 months restoring it.
