Study: Constipation often reason for kids' bedwetting

A new study finds constipation is often the reason.

Experts say failure to diagnose constipation as the cause can lead parents and children on an unnecessarily long, costly and difficult effort to cure nighttime wetting.

Constipation can reduce bladder capacity.

Study authors in the journal Urology say a large percentage of children were cured after laxative therapy.
