2 of 3 men shot dead on South Side ID'd

Chicago police are investigating the shooting deaths of three men who were found in an apartment on the city's South Side.

The shooting happened Tuesday around 11:15 p.m. in the 6300-block of South Evans.

Police discovered the body of 34-year-old Terry Brown in the hallway between the bedroom and the kitchen. Another man, 29-year-old Julius Benford was found in the kitchen with several wounds. A third, unidentified man believed to be in his 30s was discovered on the back porch of the apartment with several gunshot wounds.

Police have not made any arrests.

Two of the men were pronounced dead at the scene, while another died later at Stroger Hospital.
