Winnetka police release robbery sketches

Winnetka police released two sketches of a man accused of robbing three North Shore businesses.

Investigators say the appears to be w white man in his late teens or early 20s, 5'9"-5'10", slender build; brown, medium-length buzz-cut hair; large, dark, round lens tortoise-shell sunglasses; red hooded sweatshirt with "LIFE GUARD" on front in white letters; khaki shorts and flip flops.

The most recent robbery took place Friday afternoon at Creme de la Creme in Winnetka. He allegedly entered the store, displayed a knife and demanded money.

Police think the man is also responsible for two other robberies, including one at a Hubbard Woods store, and an attempted robbery.
