Idris Bridgeforth, 39, is a coach and gym coach at Ashburn Elementary School.
Prosecutors said the mother of the girl girl found several text messages of a sexual nature on the girl's phone.
Bridgeforth is charged with criminal sexual assault and indecent solicitation.
