The Associated Press reports police found hotel security trying to subdue Marcus Jordan after he allegedly got into an argument with two women in the hotel driveway.
Jordan is accused of being intoxicated and uncooperative with officers.
Earlier Sunday night, Jordan was released from custody after being booked for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing.
Jordan is a rising senior at University of Central Florida.
