Ind. man dies after fireworks mishap

July 5, 2012 (LOWELL, Ind.)

Police said Nicholas Saberniak was setting off large commercial grade fireworks in his front yard when one of the mortars exploded in his face.

Saberniak was airlifted to Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn where he died.
