The 52-year-old woman says the attack happened in the early morning hours on June 30 at the California station.
Police issued a community alert over the weekend.
The woman says she met the two men as she boarded the train on the West Side. She says they later forced her off the train at gunpoint at the California stop and sexually assaulted her at a nearby apartment.
