Fire vs. Police at Wrigley for charity Sunday

August 5, 2012 8:05:40 AM PDT
Chicago firefighters are set to take on police at Wrigley Field Sunday in a 13th annual charity baseball game.

A pre-game ceremony will be dedicated to fallen officer Clifton Lewis.

He was killed last December when he tried to stop an armed robbery as he was working in a convenience store in the Austin neighborhood.

The gates open at 1 p.m. for Sunday's game. Superintendent Garry McCarthy will throw the first pitch at 3 p.m.

Tickets are $10 at the door.

Proceeds go to the Chicago Gold Badge Society and the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation.
