The robbery, which was captured on video, happened about a week ago at the Roosevelt Gold Exchange.
Police have arrested 18-year old Elijah Robinson of Chicago and a warrant has been issued for Jamar Lee.
During the robbery thieves made off with $40,000 worth of jewelry.
