College classes are starting back up for the fall, and that means it is time to crown the nation's top party school.

According to the Princeton Review, the honor goes to West Virginia University.

This is the third time West Virginia has held the top spot. The first two times were in 1997 and 2007.

The University of Iowa came in second place this year, followed by Ohio University, and the University of Illinois was fourth.

Brigham Young University is considered the top sober school for the 15th straight year followed by Wheaton College.

In other categories, Florida Southern College was voted the most beautiful campus, Washington University in St. Louis took the best college dorms title, and students at Rice University in Texas were considered the happiest.
