Bill Grauf, 60, was found unresponsive on the rooftop of Concord Place retirement and assisted living community in Northlake. That was four days after the facility was evacuated because of a power outage during the July heat wave. Firefighters carried about people down 15 flights of stairs when the air conditioning went out.
