- 2 granny smith apples
- 2c flour
- 1/3c sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/4t nutmeg
- 3/4c apple cider
- 2eggs
- 2tbs butter, melted
- Glaze
- 2c powdered sugar
- 1/4c cider 1/2t cinnamon
- 1/4t nutmeg
- Peel and chop apples into 1/4in pieces
- Mix dry ingredients and toss with apples. Pour in cider eggs and butter. Fry at 350F until brown.
- Mix glaze ingredients. Dip in glaze.
