Chronic stress may lead to more serious heart attack

Researchers have found that, of people hospitalized for a heart attack, those who had felt stressed out recently were 42 percent more likely to die over the next two years.

Scientists still don't know if the stress is to blame, but they suggest that heart attack patients take some simple steps that could ease their stress and do their hearts good.

One step would be to get regular moderate exercise, even as simple as regularly going out for a walk.
