There will be no plea deal for a woman charged in crash that killed a Skokie boy last May.

Hanin Goma, 23, is charged with driving under the influence in the crash which killed 9-year-old Carter Vo.

A plea bargain was in the works.

Goma has said on three occasions she needs more time to consider the deal.

Thursday, the judge removed the state's offer saying it's bordering on torture for the family to keep coming to court and not getting a resolution.
