Allergy season delayed by cool, wet spring

Though allergy experts predict another rough season ahead, they also say it should not be as bad as last year.

However, when it does warm up, experts say you can expect quite a bit of pollen from trees, grass and other plants.

To minimize allergies, you should wash your hair before sleeping at night, stay inside in air conditioning, and rinse nasal passages with saline solution to remove trapped particles.
