Ealy allegedly stabbed Mary Hutchinson with a flat head screwdriver and then used the bowtie she wore as part of her uniform on November 27, 2006. He's charged with first-degree murder.
Hutchison was the manager, and prosecutors say Ealy was trying to get into the restaurant's safe.
