Sunday, Cook County prosecutors announced first-degree murder charges against four men.
Dimeyon Cole, Kevin Mitchell, Menard McAfee and Raymond Winters are now charged with the kidnapping and shooting death of a west suburban business owner 14 years ago.
Darryl Green was kidnapped in a ransom attempt, shot execution-style and dumped in a vacant lot in Gary, Indiana.
McAfee and Winters are already serving prison sentences for unrelated charges.
