A former suburban school teacher convicted of two separate crimes may have violated terms of probation in one of them and now faces jail time.

Jeremiah Komon, 34, was a teacher at Aux Sable Middle School in Plainfield.

At the end of January he was caught with a stolen car and pleaded guilty to burglary.

Two days later Komon was stopped and charged with possession of a controlled substance and other infractions.

Prosecutors are now seeking to revoke his probation in the first case.
