Dash-cam video captures the cops outside of the car. It turns out the driver was a father trying to get his pregnant wife to hospital in time to deliver their baby.
But they never would have made it anyway.
That's when the officers jumped into action and helped deliver a healthy baby girl.
The fire department arrived just in time to cut the umbilical cord and rush them to the hospital.
