Kalabic, who is from Bosnia, does not speak English and cannot read or write, according to the police report issued on July 22, 2013. She is also deaf and suffers from depression.
At 5'7", Kalabic has brown eyes and red/gray hair. She always wears a dress and head cover, mostly a brightly colored flower print.
Police say she was located Monday afternoon.
