The FBI released a photo of the man wanted for holding up a TCF Bank. The man wasn't subtle about his dress, wearing a brightly colored Rastafarian hat.
Investigators say the man did not display a weapon.
The incident happened Sunday afternoon at a branch on South Pulaski.
