Forty-five soldiers were honored Sunday morning by the National Guard Bureau Freedom Salute Campaign in North Riverside.
They served in the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt for nine months providing medical care, working with forces from 14 different countries.
They returned home just a couple months ago.
