Cook County jail heat goes out in Tier 4 ; inmates moved

Problems with the heat have forced inmates at Cook County Jail to move out of a tier.

Jail officials say crews are now working to get the heat working in Tier 4 of the jail.

Because the wintry temperatures created chilly conditions in that part of the jail, authorities moved the prisoners to another area of the jail.
