Old Saint Nick has been in town this weekend for 'Operation Santa.' Each December, the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation deliver gifts to the families of officers who have died or been severely injured in the line of duty.
Sunday, they brought holiday cheer to the wife and daughters of Officer Paul Nauden.
"I am so grateful and thankful to have the police family here with us," said April Nauden. "Without them, I don't know. It would be a really hard transition. They make it much easier to get through."
This Christmas, Operation Santa delivered gifts to 35 children. The goal is to let families know they're not forgotten.
