Prosecutors say 19-year old Andrew Maberry of downstate O'Fallon, Illinois robbed 10 banks in five states from May until August.
Most of the holdups were near Interstate 55 in Illinois and Missouri.
A sentencing date has not been set but Maberry faces up to 20 years in prison.
