Craig Krandel, Co-Chair of the Woodstock Groundhog Day Committee, and his wife Jaci, owner of Jaci's Cookies in Woodstock, who was actually involved in the filming, came into our ABC 7 Eyewitness News studio to tell us about the planned festivities, and to show us how to make "Woodstock Willie's Favorite Cookie."

Jaci's Recipe: Woodstock Willie's Favorite Cookie
Ingredients:
Mix:
2 c butter
1 c. peanut butter blend with sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs add 1 at a time with sugar mixture
1 t. vanilla
2 t. baking soda
Add each ingredient in order:
1 t cinnamon
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/8 c flour
2 1/2 c.. oatmeal
Add raisins pecans, chips and coconut
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c. pecans
1 c butterscotch chips
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation:
Use scoop of size desired.
Freeze dough in scoops for later baking as desired.
Layout balls pressed down a bit and preheat oven to 350 bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serve warm for greatest enjoyment.
