Crowds also gathered in Lakeview Sunday, saying goodbye to a beloved novelty shop.Uncle Fun has been in the Lakeview neighborhood for 38 years, full of unusual gifts for kids and adults.
It closed for the final time Sunday evening.
To say thank you, the owner, Ted Frankel, declared this a "free day", handing out baskets for customers to take whatever they'd like, no charge.
He's not sure what he'll do with the store.
He owns a similar store in Baltimore that he'll focus on now.
