Judge makes historic move in Adel Daoud terrorism case

Those documents were submitted to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

Daoud's lawyers have asked how investigators used phone and internet spying in the case. Daoud is accused of trying to detonate a bomb in Chicago in 2012.

The judge says letting the defense see these applications hasn't been done before, but there's no reason to bar it now.
