Topinka says this will help taxpayers make financial decisions sooner than later.
"People get anxious for it, waiting at home for their tax return so that they can pay bills. So that they can kind of budget when they can get the car repair and when they can buy a new refrigerator," said Topinka.
The system also lets you view a history of tax return payments and breaks down state spending.
