Dog sled teams demonstrate Iditarod conditions; Brookfield Zoo hosts breeds featured in famous Alaska race

Sunday's bitter cold temperatures were no stranger to some special guests at the Brookfield Zoo.

Dog sledding teams stopped by to demonstrate some of the obstacles faced out in the open.

Some of the breeds featured are the same ones that train for the Iditarod Race in Alaska.

There was an added bonus for all zoo visitors as they were given free admission.
