Hundreds of people put on their dancing shoes and boogie down for a good cause.

The annual Chicago Dance Marathon is going on Saturday at the Renaissance Chicago Hotel.

More than 600 people will be dancing for more than 13 hours, all to raise money for the Lurie Children's Hospital.

Patients and their families are also joining in the festivities by performing some rehearsed dances for the participants.
