Carly Rousso trial date set for fatal DUI crash

March 12, 2014 (HIGHLAND PARK, Ill.)

A 5-year-old Highland Park girl was killed in the accident a year and a half ago. Carly Rousso, 19, is now due to stand trial May 2.

Lawyers were not successful in trying to come up with a plea deal.

Rousso is charged with reckless homicide and aggravated DUI.
