It's been two years this weekend since he started his 14-year prison sentence for corruption, including trying to sell President Barack Obama's former senate seat.
Blagojevich is locked up at the Federal Correctional Institution in Littleton, Colorado.
His lawyers are still working on an appeal.
If that doesn't go through, the earliest he could get out of prison would be around Christmas, 2024.
